Born in Yamaguchi PR, Japan in 1944
She became the pupil of Shin Seo Nam, a
leading authority of Korean palace cuisine, who is her mother-in-law.
Currently working in a wide range of cookery related fields,
such as running a Korean home cuisine restaurant ‘NARUGE’,
as a student of Korean culinary arts and a teacher cookery
classes.
