Cookery Classes

I have been holding monthly cookery classes at 'NARUGE,' Shibuya.
The members of the classes come from different backgrounds, and range from beginners to semi-professionals of Korean cuisine.

We also have an enjoyable tasting party at the end of every cookery class.

 

Actually, the main purpose of the class for all the class members is this fun tasting party!

Perhaps the most attractive point of Korean cuisine is the usage of a wide variety of vegetable in the dishes.

I always intended to teach Korean cuisine, which is not only very spicy but also healthy and easily digested.

Let's make our bodies beautiful from the inside by eating many healthy Korean dishes with a lot of vegetables in season.

Since housewife members are used to cooking regularly, they always enjoy chatting about cooking even in the classes. "What shall I cook for dinner tonight?" is a frequent question heard in the class.

At the end of each class, we enjoy eating the delicious dishes while chatting.

Cuisine really can be enjoyed not only by cooking but also by eating.

We always have very enjoyable classes with the background noise of happy laughter of the members of the classes, who really love Korean cuisine.
